Collection of Personal Data

1.1 To enter the dance competition, participants must provide the following personal data: name, age, email address and information about the choreography.

1.2 This data will be used exclusively for the organisation of the competition, communication with participants and dissemination of the results.

1.3 The Company undertakes to protect and guarantee the privacy of participants' personal data, in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.

1.4 To register for a stage of the dance competition, the user must do so directly via the website or by sending an email to the contacts on the website.

Use of Personal Data

2.1. The personal data provided by participants will be used solely and exclusively for purposes related to the dance competition.

2.2. The data will not be shared with third parties without the consent of the participants, except in cases where it is necessary for the running of the competition (e.g. publicising the winners).

Data storage

3.1. Participants' personal data will be stored securely and only for the period necessary to run the competition and communicate the results.

3.2 After the end of the competition, the data will be securely and definitively deleted, unless the participants expressly authorise its retention for future communications about similar events.

Participants' rights

4.1. Participants have the right to access, rectify or delete their personal data at any time, upon request to the Company.

4.2. Participants can also request information on how their data is being used and who has access to it.

General Provisions
6.1 These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between the Company and the user, superseding any previous written or verbal agreements.
6.2 Any modification or amendment to these terms and conditions must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
6.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal.

General terms and conditions of sale

7.1 To enter the dance competition, the user must fill in the form available on the website and send in their choreography, and the entry will only be considered valid once payment has been confirmed.

7.2 The user will receive by email all the details needed to pay for the entry and failure to pay may result in the choreography being excluded from the competition.

7.3 If the entry is cancelled before payment has been made, the user must inform the Company by email and entries will be refunded at the user's request no later than 1 week before the stage.

7.4 The Company reserves the right to cancel entries without prior notice in the event of a breach of the competition rules.

7.5 The Company accepts no liability for any damage or injury caused during participation in the competition.

7.6 The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of registration.

7.7 The website reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time, without prior notice, and changes will be communicated via the website.

By taking part in Arte Sin Fronteras - International Dance Competition, participants agree to the terms and conditions of this privacy policy relating to the registration of choreographies. The Company undertakes to respect and protect the privacy of participants' personal data, guaranteeing transparency and security in its processing.
